Things that are good, Ep. 4

Designed by starchitect Cass Gilbert (he of the main library in Detroit and a little old thing folks like to call the U.S. Supreme Court) and built back in 1925, the Scott Fountain on Belle Isle is looking great these days.

To see what the damned thing looks like turned on, check out this great photo set from back in 2006. The fountain's something of a metaphor for the park itself:
