Dream is the operative word here, of course. But seriously: The need to figure out how to market this city, every screwed up block of it, to a new generation of pioneers is something that will keep being the #1 priority until someone finally figures out how to do it correctly. Get some buzz going. Berlin was half-dead once too.
The need for an extended and fierce public relations effort even precedes the need to rewrite the tax code or the need to make streets safer and schools better. That stuff can follow, and so will businesses. Sell now. Fix as you go. (link via Detroit Army.)
