Things that are good, ep. 12

Westin isn't the new Jesus or anything. A lot of bells and whistles, but nothing of real substance. Everyone has nice beds now. Westin is luxury for people who don't get out much. Still, there's a saying that goes something along the lines of, A Westin Hotel is better than an abandoned hotel.

Actually, there isn't such a saying. That doesn't mean it is not true. Was the rebirth of the Book Cadillac ever going to be the architectural restoration of the century? No. But Ferchill saved an iconic Downtown tower from further decline. That's good stuff. The hotel debuts Monday.
